Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rankmy.blog and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What the Service does

rankmy.blog is an automated SEO blogging tool. It analyzes a website you connect, discovers keyword ideas, generates blog posts with AI, lets you schedule and edit them, and publishes them on your own domain (or on a hosted address we provide). Features, limits, and models may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• Notify us promptly at hello@rankmy.blog if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans, free trials & billing

• The Service offers a free plan and paid plans with monthly post and site limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Your content & connected sites

You retain ownership of the websites you connect, the instructions you provide, and the content published through your account. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to analyze your site, generate posts, and serve your blog). You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the right to connect any domain and publish to it.

6. AI-generated content

Posts are drafted by AI models based on your site and instructions. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after it is published, and every post is editable.
• Similar prompts may produce similar output for different users; we do not guarantee that generated content is unique.
• You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe others’ rights, and meets any disclosure obligations in your industry.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Connect or scrape websites you do not own or lack permission to analyze and publish to.
• Generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, spammy, malicious, hateful, or that violates search engines’ or platforms’ guidelines.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or access other users’ data.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Custom domains & site analysis

To publish on your domain you add a DNS record we provide; you are responsible for your DNS configuration. By connecting a site, you confirm you are authorized to analyze it and publish content to it. Our analysis fetches a public page of the site you submit; we do not crawl beyond what is needed to understand the business.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Amazon Web Services / Bedrock (AI), SE Ranking (keyword data), Bright Data (website fetching fallback), and Dodo Payments (billing). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes, though we work to minimize disruption.

10. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, and branding are owned by rankmy.blog and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Content you generate and publish remains yours as described in Section 5.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or business outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rankmy.blog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you are on the free plan, USD 100).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
